1. Order Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.

Custom-made, pre-order, or bulk items may require extended processing times (3–5 business days), which will be clearly indicated on the respective product pages.

3. Package Tracking

All orders include free tracking. Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.

You can track your package status directly through the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) using the provided tracking number.

For orders valued at $50 or more, shipping insurance is automatically included, covering loss or damage during transit.
4. Shipping Exceptions & Delays

Unforeseen delays may occur due to severe weather (e.g., hurricanes, snowstorms), natural disasters, holiday surges, or carrier operational issues. We will notify you via email if a significant delay (exceeding 3 business days) is expected.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods for oversized or overweight items (e.g., items over 50 lbs) to ensure safe delivery, and we will contact you prior to shipping for confirmation.

Certain restricted items (per carrier guidelines), such as flammable materials or sharp objects, cannot be shipped. Eligibility restrictions are clearly stated on product pages.
5. Returns & Exchange Shipping

Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong product shipped). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our mistake.
